Shipping policy

Domestically, we offer 3 shipping options.
  1. Standard Shipping- Is the most cost effective shipping option and typically takes 2 -7 days to ship. Available for packages under 16 oz. For example, items like a single t shirt, tank top, or hat.
  2. Upgraded Shipping- Still very affordable and typically takes 2-7 days to ship. This is required for items that weigh more than 16 oz. For example, 2 or more t shirts, or a single hoodie or pair of joggers.
  3. Rush Shipping - Extremely fast shipping but more expensive. Available for packages of all sizes.
Guaranteed Dates - When checking out, we will provide an estimated date for when you will receive your custom clothing. You can choose to make this a guaranteed date if you absolutely need to receive your order on or before that date. If a delivery attempt is not made for your order by that date we will refund all of your shipping fees.
In most cases, we will ship smaller orders with DHL/USPS first class or DHL/USPS priority mail. For larger packages, we may ship with DHL, USPS, or UPS.
If you have specific shipping needs for your order, like shipping your clothing with a specific carrier or to multiple locations, we can help facilitate that process for you, but extra charges may apply.
